Hi, I installed your Nadia demo and a production site to which I installed the Nadia template I just bought. I've been trying for 2 hours to replicate your Example Style 1 but I can't get the header background image to work. The Header Image(s) option in the Styling tab of the template isn't working. It'll let you choose an image but it won't keep your selection. In your example style, you don't seem to have done it that way either.

Could you please give me some step by step instructions how to achieve the header image with the superimposed text.

Thanks,

Lio

Update: While waiting for your reply I finally figured out that the header background image in the template settings only works if you have a published module in the showcase position. I hope this helps other users with the same issue.

Hi Lio

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

We have just updated our Nadia template which will resolve any issues with the selected images not been saved and also an issue on adding multiple images in one session. For details on updating your template may I suggest the following article.. http://joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template

Hello, since updating to Joomla, the template headers for Nadia are not showing the images for our site. They are still in Styles, but simply not showing on the site. I have redownloaded the latest template from your site to no avail.

Thank you

You appear to be loading two version of jQuery which is causing some conflict issues. Firstly may I suggest disabling any plugin you are not using as you have quite a few installed (Extensions -> Plugins).

May I also suggest installing jQuery Easy which ensures only one copy of jQuery loads... https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/resolving-javasript-errors-in-joomla-using-jquery-easy

Hello

You still appear to have a large number of plugins installed. If you allow us access to disable your plugin we will see can we find the offending plugin.

Hello

Checking your site on both Firefox and Chrome, your header image appears to be displaying without issue.

I have noticed this image is very large in filesize (8,250.58 KB) which is causing it to be quite slow to appear.
