Unable to unzip template file

I have just purchased and downloaded the J51_Substance_Unzip1st.zip template file. When I try to extract it with Windows 7 Explorer, I get the following message:

Cannot complete the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard
The Compressed (zipped) folder is empty
Before you can extract files you must copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder

I don't know what this means. Can anyone help, please? I have tried using B1 Free Archiver to unzip the template file, but it comes up with an error message.

Hi Ray

It sounds like your download of the template may have terminated prior to completion. May I suggest downloading the template again. You should have no issue opening the archive in Windows 7.

Thank you for your reply. However, I have downloaded the zip file again and tried to unzip it, but I get an error message when I try to do so. Please advise.

I have the same problem with the same template! I tried to download some more times but with the same result! The problem is with file for Joomla 3 I think...

Please, help me too :) Thank you!

My apologies. It appears the file was indeed truncated on a recent update of the template. I have re-uploaded the template to the server which should amend the issue.

Once again I apologise for the inconvenience.
