Top menu in header 2 position doesn't show

Hello,

I'm using the Natalie template. In position header 2 I want to show a top menu for menu-items that are less important.
But the top menu doesn't show when there is a slideshow active in the showcase position. (which is on every page)
For the slideshow I'm using the J51_LayerSlideshow module.

Is there a way to fix this?

Joomla version: 4.3.3
PHP version: 8.0.28

Hi Frits

This doesn't solve your current issue, but for less important menu items (Data Privacy, Legal Notes, Contact, ...) I usually use an additional menu at the footer of the page. Here is an example: https://sutbaselgia14.de/index.php.

You might consider a similar solution.

Does disabling the General Settings -> Overlap Header if in showcase-1# module position option in your slideshow module settings give you the desired result?

Disabling the option makes the top menu visible. So problem is solved.
