Hello, i need some help with the template willow.
when i simulate the tablet modus for example i-pad - it is not possible to click on the menu items on the first level.
Or better: i can click them, but there is no site to see. Only second level menu is going.

Hi Ciarán,
I've tried to locate js file as suggested in the article suggested in the query... https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/mobile-menu-linking-parent-items in the valencia template directory, but i did'nt find it,
The unique js file containing the item allowParentLinks is jquery.slicknav.
Even setting it to true, the links contained in menu items having a sub-item is not displayed.
Many thanks!
Bob

Thank you Bob
Maybe I misunderstand your issue however we are unable to replicate with the change the jquery.slicknav.js. On each device that we have checked clicking the menu item text opens the link, clicking outside of the text opens the child items.

Hi Ciaran,
I've modified the jquery.slicknav.js default as:
defaults = {
label: 'MENU',
duplicate: true,
duration: 200,
easingOpen: 'swing',
easingClose: 'swing',
closedSymbol: '?',
openedSymbol: '?',
prependTo: 'body',
parentTag: 'a',
closeOnClick: false,
allowParentLinks: true,
init: function(){},
open: function(){},
close: function(){}
},
With my android cell clicking on a first level menu item having sub-item, the link is not visible: if I hold pression on the item (like "Attivita'" the pop-up window allows me to open in a differente window, copy etc.

Please also confirm that your issue is with the template menu ('MENU' toggle at top right).

Hi Bob
We are still unable to replicate this issue however we notice your default desktop menu is also displaying on mobile, sitting on top of your mobile menu. To resolve this we have added the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...
I also note that you should update your template to the latest download. For details on this may I suggest the following article.. http://joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template

Hey Ciaran,
I am having a similar but different issue. When viewing my clients site on Samsung Galaxy Tab A any item we click on in the menu always refreshed to the parent page not what they were actually clicking or trying to click on in the drop down menu. Can you take a look on your end and let me know what you think and how to adjust or fix.
Thanks Bud,
JT

Hi JT
Presuming I understand you correctly, I am unable to replicate this issue. I have checked on a number of Android devices with no luck. Am I correct in saying that every menu item brings you back to the homepage?
