Slideshow not working in LetterPress

Hi I have downloaded the LetterPress template and have installed it now.

I have tried to set up the slide show module but nothing shows up on the page. My website is live at the moment so I have the LetterPress template on one page only that is visible to registered users only for the moment.

The only difference when I enable the slide show is that it makes the article that is visible under the menu move up higher so it is behind the menu bar.

I have enabled jQuery within the modules parameters and it appears to be now working correctly.
