Skylar_4 - Minor bug on menu item "Archived Articles"

Hi Ciaran

There is a minor bug in your Skylar_J4: When creating a menu item of type "Archived Articles", the down arrows are not visible:

With Cassiopeia, the arrows are visible:

Additional info: The browser console shows an error on that page (404 for https://systemtest.neudorf-mkk.de/templates/j51_skylar/css/images/select-bg.svg).

Hi Ciaran

Obviously, you have created a new version of the Skylar_J4 template (which I did not yet test). But under "My Downloads" the version still reads "1.1.14" and the changelog has not been updated.

Hi Rolf

This issue effected all templates so I added the fix to the build. So for this I just rebuilt the template withoput updating the changelog. I will update the changelog shortly however the latest download will include the fix.
