Ensure you have the menu module set up correctly in particular adding moomenu to the Menu Tag ID field of the menu modules parameters (Extensions -> Module Manager ->[YourMenuModule])

Thanks for the quick reply.

I did not have the "moomenu" Menu Tag ID in there, and by adding that, the "Clinical Services Team" menu is now available.

Further to this issue, I notice another problem with the sub-sub menus.

When a sub-sub menu is visible, moving the cursor along the sub-menu item causes a flicker in the various sub-sub-menus that "fly out."

With the URL I gave above: http://ojgreenhorizon.com/uci if you hover the cursor above "departments" the 2 sub-menu items appear properly ("Clinical" and "Management."

If you hover the cursor over "Clinical Services" the sub-sub-menu flies out properly.

No problem here.

But, if you hover cursor over "Management Support Team" the sub-sub-menu for this flies out, but as you move the cursor (still over the words "Management Support Team" the sub-sub-menu for "Clinical Services" then flies out, then the "Management Support Team" sub-sub-menu flies out almost immediately. Each cursor move (even though still over the same sub-menu item) causes this behavior.

Any insight you can give on this would be appreciated.

NB: The template version is 1.0 ... not sure if there has possibly been an update to this template or now.
