I purchased the Presence template back on March 30, 2013 (purchase order 18596) and installed it at http://test.wisconsinumc.org. For the most part I've had a lot of success with it, but I've also encountered some problems and have made a bunch of edits to the various associated stylesheets. Yesterday, I tested the template for the first time in an Android device, and noticed that the main menu sub-navigation didn't work; each time I tried to tap a sub-navigation item to reveal the next level of navigation underneath, I'd instead be taken directly to the initial sub-navigation page.

I'm guessing that there have been some fixes to the template since March, and I'm wondering how I can go about receiving them. I only purchased the template--not a membership to the site--so does that preclude me from receiving template updates in the future?

This is indeed is an issue that has evolved with recent versions of Android regarding our Presence template. We are -re-developing this template, incorporating the mobile menu used on our more recent template (http://demo.joomla51.com/0106) releases. We hope to have this update ready and available by the end of this week. If you could drop us an email to info@joomla51.com along with the PO number of your purchase, we will send you an update install file as soon as available.
