Yes this was an issue of some of the earlier releases of this template. We hope to have resolved this problem with the latest download of the template (http://www.joomla51.com/templates/j51-oxygen-free-joomla-3-template).

I'm afraid that the template is still not working properly. I have downloaded newest version of Oxygen from Your repository and applied it. My custom code is still not present in the BODY of webpage.

In your templates index.php (../templates/j51_oxygen/index.php) replace the following..


[code type=css]<?php echo ($head_tracker_code); ?>[/code]

with...


[code type=css]<?php echo ($head_custom_code); ?>[/code]

Also replace...


[code type=css]<?php echo ($body_tracker_code); ?>[/code]

with...


[code type=css]<?php echo ($body_custom_code); ?>[/code]

You helped me a lot but it was not the entire solution. It was necessary to also add the following lines:

//Custom head and body
$head_custom_code = $this->params->get('head_custom_code');
$body_custom_code = $this->params->get('body_custom_code');

into the ./j51_oxygen/php/variables.php

Problem solved.
