I purchased ’Layla’ template a week ago. For some reason order’s status is still ’pending’ and download link is not available.
Is everything OK with my order? I payed it with PayPal.
My apologies for the delay in receiving your purchase. Usually, your template should be available to download as soon as you have completed the purchase but for a yet unknown reason, your payment did not register with our system. I have amended your order and the Layla template should be now available for you to download.
