I am waiting since last week without any response for repairing the buggy Natalie template which I bought.

I’m not sure what’s the problem and how we can take a step forward.would you provide repair version?
What about all the other users who download the buggy version?
Or do you prefer to give me my money back?

Which is for me not a good solution because we already planned the website with this template and me and my client needs to re-design everything which is another huge amount of work becaue I already invested many hours trying to get this template running.

Till now I was a huge fan of Joomla51 because of the easy templates and the great support. But now it's a bit frustrating getting no answers, waiting for a whole week (because I communicated the error already in other threats one week ago.)

Looking forward for your solution.

Did you try a clean Joomla 5 install with new DB and just the latest version of the template (NOT the demo installer)?

Strangely we are still unable to replicate this issue. regardless, I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which I am hoping will resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

FINALLY IT WORKED WITH YOUR LATEST VERSION. I am very glad that after this 5th attempt it runs. So guys, Natalie is J5 ready.
