Mobile view - resize sight with finger slide

I'm using j51_caitlin on the site https://roessle-hoerschwag.com, j51_willow on https://www.speicher-tuebingen.de.
On https://bio-ei-emmendingen.de i use a template from joomspirit (they no more exists).
Problem: on Mobile/Handy view i can resize the whole page (two finger slide) with the Joomspirit Template, but not with J51 Caitlin or Willow.
Are there options in the configuration, that i'v ignored?

We do not appear to have received any details related to this topic. To amend try adding the following to the Head Custom Code field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom Code)....
