Menu conflict. ECWID J51 Presence

Hi

Our shop is built on Joomla with an ECWID shop embedded via the ECWID plugin. After working fine for several years the shop menu suddenly stopped displaying over the last day or two.


I have set up a fresh no-data one-click install of Joomla with only the ECWID plugin and the J51 Presence template that we use on the proper site installed to narrow down the issue.


No other plugins or modules (apart from the jqueryeasy plugin which I tried with limited knowledge and no luck. I have disabled that).


The ECWID shop menu will not display on a page that has the Joomla 51 template. It will display on pages with the default Joomla template.


ECWID say their code has not changed. My hosting company have not come up with anything except that their error logs have not come up with anything indicating an issue.

My sincere thanks for any advice or help you can offer. This urgent to us.

Many thanks for checking our site for us so swiftly.

The issue seems to have been resolved without intervention on your part or mine. I think that perhaps the hosting company or ECWID made a change to their own side of things.

The outstanding support that Jooma51 continue to provide is deeply appreciated.

I am installing Ecwid in A J51 Template now.... Did you complete that Site with J51 and Ecwid? Could you please share the URL?
