The hosting company offers only the installation of joomla! 3.x. Could you please install Jasmine incl. extensions in joomla 5.x on the url I've sent you to your email? Thank you very much!

I would like to ask you to install Jasmine template with the modules? I've installed jasmine template via FTP Filezilla and it's in the directory, but it doesn't appear in templates.
I would be very thankful for helping me as soon as possible (sorry I know it's christmas, but I try already myself a few days).

I have e further problem with the installation of jasmine. I installed the zip via FTP on the server and in unzipped it. Everything was going well.
But the template isn't available as site template.

Sorry to say this is a service we do not provide. For details on installing Joomla 4 (same as Joomla 5), may I suggest the following article.. https://docs.joomla.org/J4.x:Installing_Joomla
if you have ftp access to the webserver you can do it yourself. Its not that difficult.
But being on a hosting provider that only offers old software raises questions about their service and updates
