I am still getting the same errors after the upload of the new template.

Text overlapping, and or not resizing to mobility optimization.

Also, when I click on images using the J51_ThumbsGallery, the lightbox turns dark, therefor you cannot see the images. This is happening on the desktop.

Also,

lightbox does not work on mobile, or images are not swipable when using thumbs gallery. they open in new window.

We are unable to replicate your issue with overlapping text on your homepage. Would you have a URL directly to an example of this issue or post a screenshot displaying an example of the issue?

Regarding your thumbsgallery try updating to the following.. http://www.joomla51.com/free-module-extensions/item/j51-thumbs-gallery . To update simply install the download via the extensions manager.

To resize your logo text on smaller screen try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (edit to taste)...

@media only screen and (max-width: 440px) {

h1.logo-text a {

    font-size: 36px;

}}

I also had trouble with the ThumbsGallery photos being grayed-out / cloudy -
so I downloaded the more recent version of the extension and that fixed the problem.

I also have problems with Kindle not being mobile-friendly, I followed the instructions in post #22325 about updating the template but I could not see a download link in my download area, although some of my other templates are available for download.

In my purchase history area I can see that I purchased Kindle and it says status expired for Kindle on the on the same day as I purchased the template.

If the issue is an outdated template and not my settings do I have to re-purchase to get an updated version of template that works correctly?

I have another site which Google is flagging as not mobile-friendly. This one was using Letterpress version 1.0 dated June 2013. I did have access to a download of this so updated the template to version 1.2 dated June 2013.

After the update of the template the site is however still being flagged as not mobile-friendly.

Before I go any further with this can you please confirm that version 1.2 (June 2013) is the latest version of Letterpress?

Over time we do apply minor fixes to template which may not always warrant a change in version number. Presuming you haven't made any changes to the core template files I would suggest installing the latest download of the template (http://joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template).

Yes, thank-you Ciarán, making a fresh download from my download area a couple of days ago is what I did before I posted.

When I installed that version it showed in my manager as being built in 2013. As I was still having non-mobile-friendly issues I was asking if there was a more recently modified version than 2013 available.
