Hi.

Am I an absolut beginner and waiting also for an answer, but on the Template Calibra you can do i in the Template Parameter.
Go to the template Manager/--> Styles. Klick to your used Style ( this is the one withe the yelloq star (favorit).
There your go to Option.
Here you can easy modify your Template.
1) Maybe @ Styling and background opacity.
2) Or under Styling and background image....

But , hey, it is only a tip from a newbie....

May I suggest the following tutorial detailing how to access to your templates parameters.. http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/how-to-access-your-template-parameters

Sorry to say however there is no option available with our PianoForte template to add a background image to this area of the template.

Custom work is a service we do not currently provide.

Would you have a URL to an example of your modules?

Thank you Steve

Try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters where #### is the URL to your background image...

#container_slideshow_modules {
background: url("####");
}
#container_slideshow_modules .wrapper960 {
background: #FFFFFF;
}

Hello

The simplest way would be to use the full URL to your image. Eg...

#container_slideshow_modules {
background: url("http://www.yoursite/images/yourimage.jpg");
}
#container_slideshow_modules .wrapper960 {
background: #FFFFFF;
}
