From the accrodeon menu, the top links do not work

Hello!
A year ago, I made an update to the Substance template. Some links in the version for smartphones do not work.
From the accrodeon menu, the top links do not work.
How to fix this bug?
Help me please.
And it’s impossible to view important sections of the site from your phone.

The top menu parent links appear to be now working. We haven't actually changed anything is maybe your changes were simply cached.

Thank you so much! However, it doesn’t work on my smartphone. I seem to be updating the cache. On the computer in the view for the smartphone, everything works correctly.

One which mobile browser are you having this issue? Testing your site on Android with Chrome, we are unable to replicate your original issue.

Also chrome. My phone is not old. Redmi Xiomi 2020.
Can you recommend another template? And then for a long time this problem does not go away.

Strange. We have tried on multiple devices (iOS and Android) and unable to replicate any issues. Our most recent templates include a different mobile menu system that may be suitable (eg. https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0168/).

I can not think of any need for you to create a new Joomla install. It should be a case of simply install the new template to your current Joomla installation.
