Footer-menue: Responsive issue in Sophia 1.0.9 not in 1.0.7

Hi guys,

i think there is an issue in footer-menu, when the site scale to responsive. If you install the version 1.0.9 the footer menue doesnt scale right in responsive layout. What did i do wrong? How can we solve the problem?
