Custom Font not displaying correctly

Hope you are doing well and can assist. I've installed a custom font(DaxOT-Bold - bold) for all headers for a new website but the user reports that they are not seeing it on their side. When viewed on my laptop it is included. Would you be able to check if I did everything correct when added it or if it is another issue.

Would really appreciate your help.

Sorry to say we are unable to replicate this issue. Your font loading without issue

Maybe your client is still loading a cached version of the site?

Hi Ciarán

I've cleared and disabled cache on my side and also cleared their history and cache but no luck. I've also asked that they check in different browsers but no luck.

I've attached an image of how it looks on there side. It looks like it is using a default font for some reason. And when I use a tool to check for different browsers then I get the same effect: https://www.browserling.com/browse/win/7/ie/11/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imperialcargo.co.za%2F

Would really appreciate your help with this

Ensure that you have imported your font correctly. An example of the Custom CSS may look something like...

  font-weight: normal;

  font-style: normal;
