Maybe your client is still loading a cached version of the site?

I've cleared and disabled cache on my side and also cleared their history and cache but no luck. I've also asked that they check in different browsers but no luck.

I've attached an image of how it looks on there side. It looks like it is using a default font for some reason. And when I use a tool to check for different browsers then I get the same effect: https://www.browserling.com/browse/win/7/ie/11/http%3A%2F%2Fwww.imperialcargo.co.za%2F
