Hello

The issue appears to be related to your SQL database and how entries are been stored and not specific to the template. I have duplicated your template style and set it as default which appears to have resolved the issue.

Hi Martin

We are experiencing the issue on all 3rd party modules that you have installed. On which free template do you not have this issue?

I have tried the same database in a free template, without any problem
I I dele the 3 latest ( Vindheim ) menu, I can change the logo again
You can dele the 3 latest menu - or what you want and try - no problem
I have not seen problem with any other modul
If you want a copy of the database so you can try on one of your own site, I can email this

Thank you

A strange one. The issue does not appear to be just template related. The same issue is present on all 3rd party modules and templates. We tried changing some settings on one of your JUX modules with the same result. Can you confirm this?

HI Martin

We were waiting for a response to our previous query before examining this further, Presuming hard coding the logo is not option, please set your menu items over 852 and we will examine this issue further.

Hi
Any news about the menu problem ?
It look like it is the same problem in all your latest template....
When I dele all menu-points over 852, I can change the logo.

Regards
Martin

Hello

Is VISITEUROPE_NO_71.png your desired logo image? If so we can hard code in to your template to ensure it is displayed at all times.

Hi
Yes cache is cleared,
The problem is still:
THE MAX NUMBER OF MENU POINT IS 852
853+ and I'm not able to change the Logo
- Try with the "Vindheim,xx" menu points
- Delete the 3 last and try.
Size of the menu in database ?
852=0000001101010100 = OK to change logo
853=0000001101010101 = Can NOT change logo
??

Hi Martin

Strange. It is highly unlikely that the menu has any effect on your logo as they are completely unrelated. Have you once again cleared your Joomla cache after changing the logo?

We are now able to access your administration. The issue appears to be cache related. Once we clear the cache (System -> Clear Cache) after changing the logo, the new logo appears.

Hello

For future emails please include a URL to the related forum post for our own reference.

Could I ask you to delete any template styles that are not been used which will make this issue easier to troubleshoot considering the number of menu items you have.
