Can not install Serenity

Good evening,
Can not install the demo of the Serenity installation
This blocks during the creation of tables in the database
See the attached image
Do you have an explanation
I have never had this problem with your templates

Hi Christian

We have updated the Serenity demo installer to Joomla 3.6.4 and also changed it to the more widely supported UTF8 which will hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain this update simply re download your template from your 'My Downloads'.

I have no problem on remote server but only locally. There must be a xampp configuration problem.

Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to troubleshoot this problem as it appears to be a local issue. If you have a working version of the template demo on your server, you could use Akeeba Backup to restore the working version to your localhost.
