Hello Ciaran,

on my testsite I'm using the Emani template.
On desktop and smartphone everything is oke.
But when I open the website on my tablet I get this error:
"Sorry, this website uses features that your browser doesn't support. Upgrade to a newer version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Edge and you'll be all set."
My tablet is not a new one but thing is that people who visit my clients website, also will have this problem because the target audience are older people.
Can this be fixed in any way?
Thanks!

Greetings Ton

Hi Ton

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.unsupported {
display: none !important;
}

One thing though. The hamburger menu on my iPad (portrait view) doesn't work. When clicking on it nothing happens.
On smartphone it works fine.
Thanks!

Hi Ton

Strangely we are unable to replicate this issue. We have tested on both Chrome and Safari on both iPad 9.7 and iPad 11 and are unable to replicate any issues with the burger menu. Could you please details the device you are having an issue on?

Hello Ciaran,

I think I leave it to it, it's a real old iPad2 :D
Thanks for testing though!
