If you can no longer find it in the template list, it certainly wasn't migrated from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 and removed from the offerings. It probably wasn't made ready for Joomla 5, and certainly not for Joomla 6. So it's no longer of any use to you.
A year ago, the developer made the following statement in response to a similar question:
As you likely know we have spent the last 2 years updating most of our template to Joomla 4 which has taken up the majority of our attention. As the remaining templates still only available for Joomla 3 are over 10 years old and very much out of date by modern standards, we have therefore decided to shelve these template.
