Willow cannot be installed in Joomla 3.9.10

Hi,

Willow could be installed in Joomla 3.6 by me in April this year.

After restoring of web-server and install of Joomla 3.9.10 yesterday, I cann't install Willow again (500 Internal Server Error), while another templates by another developer can be installed successfully, but not another free templates from joomla51 too!

Do you have any idea please?
