Where is the Sample Data from "Chelsea Template"?

I upload the demo Install files on the server, but can not choose the demo files. What am I doing wrong?

Hello

Ensure to select 'Default English (GB) Sample Data' under 'Install Sample Data' on the 3rd step of your Joomla installation to import the demo content for your template.
