i have crated a similar modul for joomla. the css code is from here resp. from http://www.littlesnippets.net/ but a little adapted for a responsive modul.
i have a test under http://demo.it-conserv.de when you like this, i give it for free.

Later, I would also offer direct downloads. At the moment I'm not ready yet.

This is a simple module included with some of our more recent template releases. The module creates a profile image with some icons, a title and description. An example can be seen here (under 'Meat the Team')... http://joomla51.com/demo/0139/index.php/sample-pages/about-us
