Virtuoso Template Just purchased, out of date file

I just bought https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0108/ Virtuoso and can't install it. The file I downloaded is 5 years old and it hung during install.
You have an up-to-date version of this template right? How do I get that?

I downgraded the php version on my server to 5.6 but that didn't help with the install.
I got to the page where you create the login account but could go no further. But this is going to be a lot of work using this template if you don't have one that is up to date?

We have just updated the Virtuoso template to the latest Joomla version. To obtain this update simply re-download your template from your Joomla51 Template Downloads.
