URGENT PLEASE!!!! - Suddenly all modules with animation effect DISAPPEARED!

Dear Ciaran,

Suddenly almost all modules with animation class effect has disappeared from the front end and were replaced with an empty space!! If the animation class is removed, the modules return back to their places.

I'm using animation effect on almost all pages so this has affected the whole site. What might went wrong??!!

Here is an example of one of the pages showing empty modules where the animation class is present; (Showcase-a1, Bottom-1a, Bottom-2a & Bottom-2b, Bottom-3a & Bottom-3b).

The only new thing I have done this morning is enabling Conservative Caching to enhance the site speed performance. Although I tested the site afterward and everything was ok, an hour or two later this issue appeared. I don't think this has anything to do with my issue but I thought of mentioning it.

Hello again,

I found something strange here... I tried to assign those corrupted pages (the ones that have modules with animation class but empty space instead) to another existing template style. Everything goes back to normal, i.e. the modules with animation class appear in place with the animation effect. So I tried to generate new template styles for those pages, I duplicated the template style that I tried and went ok and before I made any changes to the style I hit save.... BOOOM... the problem went back again!!! Empty space for those modules again!
Any new template style even if it's a duplication of an existing style will have this problem while any of the old template styles will work fine (except for those who already have this problem)!

Any explanation?? I'm going crazy with this confusion!

UPDATE

After multiple trials, I was able to generate new template styles without having problems. My issue is now resolved.

Although these new template styles are not different from the old ones but they worked without any issue.
I'm curious about what might went wrong here specially it happened once of a sudden and after a while of creating those template styles!

Any idea?

Hello

Do you have a URL to an example of the issue? It is difficult to say but one possibility is that animation had been somehow disabled in the template style settings until the style was saved?

I'm using the new template styles now but you may check the old and new template styles and compare them. I'm just afraid this issue will rise again.
Bearing in mind that the old template style was working fine with no issues before.

Examples:
Old: J51_Bianca - AFMS-Who we Are
New: J51_Bianca - AFMS-About: Who we are

Old: J51_Bianca - AFMS-CSR
New: J51_Bianca - AFMS-About: CSR
