Hi Ciaran
I've just renewed my membership and am having difficulty uploading modules from newly downloaded 3.9 template packages and using them on existing 3.9 templates.
Do I need to simply re-install the template?
Your help would be appreciated.

Regards
Terry

I have the same issue, update from Joomla 3 to 4 to 5. Bought Ashley Template for Joomla 4 but when uploading the Ashley Joomla 4 Version, nothing gets uploaded. I still have the old Version in my Backend.

I've tried installing one of the latest templates and also one of the modules but to no avail.
