Update crashes my Joomla.

Hi. I tried to update to Joomla 4 and therefore I purchased the new version of my Enterprise 51 template.As soon as I try to update on the new version of my template, my Joomla crashes and showes "Error 500". I was able to restore it with Joomla kickstarter. So tried to update step by step and found out, that the configuration.php seems to be the problem. Any ideas?

Hello

Just to confirm that this is a template related issue, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Cassiopeia) and see if the issue still exists.

Hello Ciaran,
thanks for your reply. For some resason I have a second account on J51 for my second website. On this website I installed your template "Hayley". When trying to update to Joomla 4, the same thing happend. Error 500 showed up.

Hello

To be honest, such an error is rarely related to the template assuming you have the Joomla 4 version installed. Are all your installed Joomla extensions compatible with Joomla 4? Is the issue present if you enable the default Joomla template (Cassiopeia)?
