"Uncaught ReferenceError: Joomla is not defined" when FlexiContact Plus is loaded with the Kinvara template

I am getting this error in the console when FlexiContact Plus is loaded with the Kinvara template:

Uncaught ReferenceError: Joomla is not defined

The page works fine with the Protostar template.

How do I fix this?

It appears to be coming from https://tupelopointe.com/media/com_sellacious/js/util.compare.js?2.0.0-beta3

If you disable com_sellacious and its related modules/plugins, is the issue resolved?

Yes disabling Sellacious does make the form work. However as I stated the form works fine with Sellacious activated and the Protostar template. Is there a way to get the Kinvara template and Sellacious to play nice together?
