Unable to re-install template

Hi, I purchased a couple of templates about 8 months ago, and they were working fine on my site. Unfortunately yesterday I deleted everything from my web hosting space and re-installed Joomla to version 3.1 (current). The templates "Endeavor" and "Indulge" will now not install as I receive an error that the package is missing the installer. Just wondering what I can do now to fix this, or do I need to download the latest version of these templates?

I seem to have created a new account, I couldn't find the logins for the account under which they were purchased.

Order codes are:
Endeavor: 15019
Indulge: 16970

You should now be able to download the latest downloads of your template from the 'My Downloads' link to the top right of this page.

Sorry to say however that at present our Indulge template is not yet available for Joomla 3
