Hi all,

My problem is quite simple but I don't know how to correct it. I bought two templates, Arkadia and Nebulous, but it seems something doesnt work in the installation.

I install them but they dont appear as a style/template selection afterward. In fact the installation doesnt seem to work at all.

What could be the problem? I tried other templates and everything works just fine :S

I kinda new to Joomla so I don't know what I can do...

Thanks for your help!

Hi Jonathan

From your Joomla administration try navigating to Extension -> Extension Manager -> Discover -> Discover. If your template is listed after clicking discover, select it and click install.

If not, try navigating to Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage. Select 'Templates' from the 'Select Type' dropdown, select your template and uninstall. You can then attempt to install your template again. Ensure you select the correct template for your Joomla version.

I am very new, also, so maybe your problem is what I had to stumble around with, at first. In the zip folder they send you, there are several folders packed together. You have to pick from within the first folder the folder that is your installation folder, depending on your Joomla! version. If you just try to install the first folder, it won't go. I apologize if this is obvious. It wasn't obvious to me at first.
