Unable to Change Social Icons Rendezvous Template

I am working on a website using the Rendezvous template. I am able to change settings in the template except now I am unable to change the social icons or set up links.

When I attempt it I get the following error from the server: Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /~likene6/administrator/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

This error actually becomes cached on my computer and I have to delete history, cookies, etc. in order to get back into the website.

Is this an error in the template or did I need to contact my hosting provider?

Is there a work around that I can use to turn on / off social icons and set the correct links without having to make the setting in the template manager?

This forum has been extremely helpful in the past.
