Two Menu Items Not Displaying Mobile Menu on Sophia Template

I am building a website on a temporary domain http://tempdomain24.site and there are two menu items Contact Us and Purchase BluePrints on a dropdown menu under PURCHASE BLUEPRINTS where the mobile menu doesn't display on the mobile view.

I am using the Creative Contact Form for the Contact Us page and the Purchase Blueprints is a ECWID e-commerce page.

I would appreciate any assistance in displaying the mobile menu with those two menu items.

Hello

Have you since changed your menu as structure as your Purchase Blueprints menu item no longer has any sub items?

I did change the structure of the menu but when you select Purchase Blueprints on the mobile view, the mobile menu doesn't display. I have a module for the upper text but that menu item is also the ECWID e-commerce module that displays the store.

There must be a conflict between the ECWID module that is interfering with the Mobile Menu.

In order to work around it, I enabled a separate menu in the footer that allows the mobile user to navigate.

I appreciate you looking into it but even though my client would prefer having the mobile top menu to display, they seem to be okay with having the backup menu in the footer.

I would still like to know if you have encountered this issue with ECWID https://ecwid.com before.
