trying a template without joomla! ?

Hi there.
I'm a newbie in joolma but a long-time html user.

Is there a way to have all the file of a template without using joolma at all ?

I would like to try out a a template before buying-it, and simply have acces to fil to try them locally is enough for me.

Sorry to say there is no HTML version of the template available. All templates require the Joomla CMS to run.
