Trouble installing Renita Template sample

Hello
I have tried to install your main sample template RENITA from the zip files but it just installs the base Joomla Template

I have also tried to up load mod_j51carousel.zip but it won't up load nor will uncompress

Can you help please

I have followed your setting up page but kept getting encounters of this screen grab I search your forum and they suggested to remove a empty txt file

it then installs but just the basic Joomla install


Also I have trying building it from scratch but carousal module won't load and won't extract

Plus the module "mod_j51carousel.zip" supplied by yourselves is corrupted I can't up load it and I can't decompress it

Is it possible for you to install a standard copy of Joomla (https://downloads.joomla.org/)

Regarding the Carousel module, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
