tried to download Polaris but get.....

just bought Polaris and when i download i get a file called RACslimJIM3

J51_Polaris_unzip1st.zip.part

my computer does not know what to do with this

it is a file size of 2356kb

please help!

please as ui need this for a client.

i cannot open this file as it has the .part on it and does not seem large enough anyway

just tried with another browser and get a network error message when i try to download the template
