Top menu question

When I am on this page:

http://108.179.228.116/~golynch/index.php?option=com_wrapper&;view=wrapper&Itemid=93

The top menu is showing up correctly but if you look to the left you will see it again if you hover over certain top menu items. Please help. I need this to not show up.

I have attached a screen shot also.
