Hello,

Can the "top Menu" on the joomla51_Stainless be setup as a dropdown menu or will I need to use an extension?

Your template will automatically add sub items in to a dropdown menu. For details on creating sub menu items may I suggest the following... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/adding-a-sub-menu-child-item-to-a-menu
