Thumbs Gallery number of rows

Hi
I have a site where I implemented Thumbs Gallery on 3 different sites. I included the gallery with a module.
The strange thing is that on 1 site the gallery has 2 rows, on another it has 3 and the pictures are being resized. Where do I change that?
I also change the size of the thumbs, but that does not change anything in the gallery at all...
