Hi,
is there any way to place this gallery on diferent sides of the site with different images directory or even on the same side twice with different images directory?

Hi Neo

A new instance of the Thumbs Gallery (or any module) can be created by navigating to Extensions -> Module Manager -> New -> J51 Thumbs Gallery Module.
