Text above modules and One-page Website anchors

Hi
How can I place the text that is above the picture in the icon-module an how can I change the size of the Icon-boxes?

I try a one-page-Website at first time. Where can I place the anchor in a module and how?

concerning the anchors for onepage website: I made the menu titles as url and I would like to place the anchor im the text as it is in your template..
