Templates, the mobile menu is not clickable

In these templates, the mobile menu is not clickable, the menu cannot be opened. Thank you in advance for every hint

Disabling your plugin 'PLG_SYSTEM_CIACHO' appears to have resolved the issue.

Note we were unable to access your site using the Sophia template. If you are using the same plugin for this site, try disabling it and see if the issue persists.

HI Ciaran,
same issue here with Bianca template. I did not find the PLG_SYSTEM_CIACHO plugin. I suppose to grant you access rights to the page. ;) Link is comming.
