I am currently using Magnolia 1.0 and wish to upgrade it to your latest version 1.04.
Have already upgraded to latest Joomla, but how do I upgrade the template? Nothing is showing in CP to offer upgrade.
Also, there is a lot of custom CSS and Custom Code added to the CP of the template - Will that get deleted if I upgrade?
Finally, does the updated Magnolia template have the Layer Slideshow included?

Presuming you have a single subscription to this template, you will find the latest update available via the Profile -> Template Downloads link of this page (top right).

When updating your template, any values saved within your template settings will remain however any changes made to the core template files will be lost. For more details on this topic check out.. https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/joomla-basics/updating-your-joomla-template

Magnolia template does not include the LayerSlideshow module.
