Hi Ciara,
I was checking the Nina template I purchase about a year or so ago and noticed that there was an upgrade.
I downloaded this thinking that I could get the latest version now your site wants me to pay E24.
I thought updates were free, otherwise I would have not purchased it at this time.
Is there anything that can be done to rectify this mistake.

Are you logged in to joomla51.com with your access?
Then you will find the menu item "Template Download" under "Profile". There you will always find the latest version of your template...
