HI,
I used a component to update my site to the Joomla4 version but the Sophia template doesn't work. I reinstalled the sophia template for joomla4 but it doesn't work. This is the error shown in frontend:

0 Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/http://mywebsite.it/httpdocs/mm4/components/com_content/helpers/route.php' (include_path='.:/opt/plesk/php/7.3/share/pear')

what could have gone wrong? thank you

Which PHP version are you using?
(Jooomla Backend -> SYSTEM -> System Information)
It's best to post a screenshot of the screen straight away

Have you tried this?:

Link too your Website?

I'm not familiar with Plesk. It's also just a guess.
You may have installed a third-party extension or something else is not compatible with J4.4.1 or PHP 8.1... You'll have to research and, if necessary, temporarily deactivate some extensions in the configuration and take a look...
When updating to J4 you should also see what is not J4 capable.
All of this information is missing. It's also strange that you updated a component? Which component?
etc.

Basically all J51 extensions and templates are J4 and actually also J5 capable...
