template parameter tabs not working - PRIVILEGE

Hi there

PRIVILEGE on Joomla 3.3.6

I can access 7 of 13 tabs. i need to remove the copyright notice for example BUT the button wont open??

can some one help please - thanx

i can give admin access if required.

RESOLVED !
i have resolved this by selecting a new admin template - i think the conflict on opening tabs was coming from the admin/backend default template
