Template not downloadable.. and do i own the version 4 as well?

we purchased a lifetime license the London Template back in 2021. Its time to update to joomla 4 and i may ask, if the template of version 4 is also in our license?
In any way the download site is empty, which might not be right, is it?

The developer switched his templates to J4 and J5 some time ago.
As switching the template from J3 to J4 was a big step, the template must be purchased again.
If you already have the template in the version for J3, you can save 50% on your purchase by entering a discount code.
